As we run up to what is looking to be an epic annual meeting in Chicago, we thought we’d look back at other ways SSP meetings in Chicago were positioned.
Oh, if only there was Twitter in the mid 80s, #notfuturecrock would surely have its moment. Taken from an earlier talk by Maureen Mitchell, the phrase was used to describe what the SSP meeting is NOT.
As much as things have changed over the years, it’s refreshing to see how the reasons and motivations to attend the annual meeting still ring true today. If you haven’t registered already, “commit yourself now”! Unfortunately we can’t promise a $60/night rate at the InterContinental.
